Conveniently located in Covington, Washington, Navigation Therapy Services provides evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis. We are dedicated to providing services to promote independence and foster growth for individuals and families/caregivers.

Mission Statement:
Navigation Therapy Services strives to connect the skills children acquire working one-on-one to their school, community and home. We work together to build on a child’s unique strengths and address goals that are priorities for the child and their family. Children are not defined by a level or a number, but their own tenacity and dreams. At Navigation Therapy Services we strive to provide services that are meaningful to a child playing with peers and functioning within the community and home environment. We work closely with families and caregivers to navigate the best approach toward academic and social growth.
About the Director:
Kayla Donovan has been in the education field since 2005, working as a reading specialist, general education teacher, and in inclusive education with students of various abilities preschool through sixth grade. She holds a bachelors of arts in education with a minor in reading instruction from Pacific Lutheran University, a masters degree in education with a focus in special education from the University of Washington, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Kayla holds dual certification in general education and special education, and an endorsement in early childhood education. She is passionate in partnering with families to provide exemplary education and behavioral services to all children, and consultation and support for community stakeholders.
